As we cycle through the wheel of the year, we’ll join together, as many have done in the past, to mark the cross-quarter point between the solar events of Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice on 31st October. Traditionally seen as a time for celebration and honoring of our ancestors, and a moment to draw our awareness inward.

In this vision board class we’ll allow our creative energies to flow. The process of creating a vision board is a powerful activity for connecting with your intuition, opening to your creative energy and moving your energy. Once these boards are created they embody layers of wisdom and become powerful tools of manifestation. So if there is something you are wishing to call into your life, this would be great for you.

We’ll prepare with a short grounding meditation and some gentle yoga before setting intentions for the board.
