Reiki is a healing tradition which originates from Japan, and works with ki, or energy, within and around the body. Using ‘hands-on-healing’ and symbols it works holistically to promote relaxation, mental clarity, stress reduction, can help with insomnia and boost the immune system. In this level 1 training you will be introduced to the system and the background of Integrative Shakti Reiki, receive an attunement to the energy, and be trained to use this healing system for yourself, your family, pets, plants and the environment.

Integrative-Shakti Reiki integrates the traditional form of Reiki, Usui Reiki Ryoho, with Shakti Reiki, which refers to the primordial feminine energy. This particular system of Reiki, which has been brought to us by Dr Raven Lee, is feminine and shamanic in it’s approach - intuitive, grounded and embodied.
