Specifically for Mother’s, this Circle is here to support you during this time while schools are closed. It’s likely you are juggling home schooling with your other commitments, such as your work, keeping meals on the table, whilst also finding creative ways to occupy your children. Join our Circle to recenter, recharge and connect with other Mom’s. Each class we will share in a movement meditation and intentional practice, and you will have the opportunity to share your experiences.
