Join for an energy tune-up! This class focuses on promoting relaxation, energetic release and flow through the energy centers (chakras) and pathways (meridians) of the body, using breath awareness, visualization, intention and guided chakra meditations. The chakras are considered to be subtle energy centers and areas of embodied consciousness. This class will support you to a deepening awareness of the intelligence that speaks through your body.
