For a monthly dose of soothing sound in the serene Topanga mountains, Dissolve into Sound takes you on an alchemical journey of movement, mantra and sound to cleanse, relax and uplift. 

Jess Lakin is a Gong Avatar, Yoga Teacher and Life Coach, and has been studying sound and resonance for 2 years with the Gong Avatar Academy.  Karina Gian Atma is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Health Coach with a passion for health and well-being. She is also a Reiki Practitioner and Trainer. 

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you to be comfortable such as blankets.
