Please join us on 30th Jan, as we approach the cross-quarter point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox of Imbolc in the Celtic seasonal calendar. It marks the beginning of Spring and the stirrings of new life. It is the promise of renewal, of hidden potential, of earth awakening and life-force stirring. 

It is time to let go of the past and to look to the future, clearing out the old, making both outer and inner space for new beginnings. This can be done in numerous ways, from spring cleaning your home to spring cleaning the mind to allow inspiration to enter for the new cycle. It's a good time to make a dedication, set intentions, set forth on what you wish to create.

In Thursday’s Women’s Circle Vision Board Class our focus is on New Beginnings. The process of creating a vision board is a powerful activity for connecting with your intuition, opening to your creative energy and moving your energy. Once these boards are created they embody layers of wisdom and become powerful tools of manifestation or for opening our vision, with clarity.

We’ll prepare with a short grounding meditation and some gentle yoga before setting intentions for the board.

You will need to bring poster board and any inspiring images or magazine’s to use for your board. Please also bring yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothing. Tea, snacks, glue and scissors will be provided.
