Join Rima Thierry and myself in this prayerful circle as we pay homage to motherhood - to all those who have nurtured and supported us on our paths, to ourselves in how we mother ourselves, to those we mother and to our home, Mother Earth.

This will be a nurturing and gentle workshop to recharge, renew and connect during this very unique time of lockdown. Together we will guide you into nourishing movement, meditative breath and guided imagery.
