Sound is healing practice that works through vibration showering over the recipient. The sound is not only heard by the recipient, but also felt as the vibrations wash into the cells and tissues of the body releasing and clearing energetic blocks. There is often an experience of calming, as the mind gently entrains to the meditative frequencies.
